Community classes
Baby massage is a lovely way to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and can help with relieving tummy pain or colic symptoms, improving sleep, soothing the nervous system and supporting development.
This International Association of Infant Massage course is taught over five weeks and held once a term in Lewes, East Sussex. In these relaxed classes you will get to meet other parents, receive complimentary massage oil, refreshments and a booklet to take home. You will build on your knowledge week by week, to learn a full body massage. Ideal for babies newborn to crawling.

Baby Massage
Gentle, playful ten week course full of activities to support your child's early development, with lots of ideas for you to try at home.
Weaving together British Sign Language, Developmental Movement Play, Parent-Child attachment play, music, singing and inclusive play principles. Ideal for babies 3 to 18 months old.
Classes include:
singing & music making
story-telling, props and puppets
gentle developmental movement
sign language
identifying the best times for learning through play
practical tips for adapting activities
PLUS a free resource pack to accompany the course with songs, games & videos

Building Blocks
Join us to explore what sensory play is and how it can support your child’s development.
This is a fun and practical course where you will try different types of sensory play, make resources to take home and learn about sensory processing.
Each week focuses on a particular area including - light, dark & colour, sounds & music, introducing touch play, developmental movement play and messy play.
You’ll receive a free activity pack to accompany the course with songs, games & resources
Ideal for parents/carers and babies up to about 9 months old (or crawling)
